This PATH is designed to aid you in becoming the best swimmer you can be. Strength, stamina, and techniques such as positioning, grabbing, pressing and rotating are all addressed. You can also increase your coordination and lung capacity by using this PATH.

In addition to this, it can also help you to foster an attitude of confidence that will be of great assistance while practicing and competing.

This Module has 2 different versions: One for those above 18 and one for those who are less than 18. No alterations will be needed unless the child is less than 6 years of age.

This Module is ideal for kids and teens involved in the sport, as it will help foster the physical and mental qualities needed to excel.

I have always had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. This goes back to grade school.
